Job Description
The role involves performing general maintenance and repairs in the hotel. This includes tasks such as maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure they are in excellent working order.
* General maintenance and repair work
* Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance requirements of the hotel
* Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are well-maintained and in good working order
* Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks and follow up as required by the Hotels' Property Management System (PMS).
* Assist in keeping records of plant and equipment maintenance
* Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues
* Perform tasks with urgency and in the safest manner possible
* Collaborate with hotel staff to address urgent maintenance concerns
