Centre: Goodstart Townsville
Employment Type: Full‐time – 38hrs per week
Pay: $39.85 – $41.05 per hour (depending on experience) + super.
Key Responsibilities
* Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators.
* Deliver exceptional educational programs focused on child‐led learning.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Mentor and support educators, modelling best practice and positive leadership.
* Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.
* Work a rotating roster between the centre's operating hours 6:30am – 6pm.

Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
* Experience in child‐led learning and positive leadership.
