About the role
The Coordinator Student Business Systems is responsible for the coordination and operation of administrative systems and processes related to student administration. They provide technical and systems administration for various systems that support training delivery and student administration processes, including the Student Management System (SMS). The position maintains close ties with internal and external stakeholders to support quality student administration outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong people-management capability and a commitment to high-quality service delivery. You will lead a small, geographically distributed team with clarity, empathy and accountability, providing mentoring, guidance and support to ensure consistent, accurate and client-focused student administration services across the College. You will foster a collaborative culture, build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and confidently navigate complex issues while maintaining data integrity and compliance. Your ability to prioritise, communicate effectively, and drive continuous improvement will be key to ensuring operational excellence and positive outcomes for students and staff.
