About the Project
A global engineering and energy company is seeking an Offshore Completions Coordinator to support the Prelude Modifications project enabling the Crux gas field tie-in to the Prelude FLNG facility.
This role sits within the Construction & Commissioning team and will coordinate completions and system handover activities across offshore construction, commissioning and client teams.
The position will commence in the Perth office before mobilising offshore for the main campaign.

About the Role
Reporting to the Project Superintendent, the Offshore Completions Coordinator will manage completion and handover activities across offshore work scopes and interface between contractor and client teams.
Maintain and update the project Completion Management System
Coordinate construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation
Track and expedite outstanding work scopes aligned with project milestones
Prepare system handover dossiers and completion documentation
Coordinate punch list creation, tracking and close-out
Act as focal point for completions and handover activities with the client
Support PSSR readiness and system startup preparation
Prepare reporting data for management and coordination meetings
Liaise with onshore support teams to support offshore campaign activities
Promote safe work practices and support project HSE objectives
About You
Offshore brownfields project experience
Strong completions and commissioning background
Experience maintaining Completions Management Systems
Minimum 5 years commissioning experience offshore or within fabrication yard environments
Proven experience as a Completion or Handover Coordinator / Engineer
EPCM project experience highly regarded
Strong organisational and documentation management skills
Proficient with MS Excel and completion tracking systems
Ability to work within multidisciplinary construction and commissioning teams

Office rate: $125 per hour inclusive of super
Offshore rate: $147 per hour inclusive of super
