Primary Responsibilities:
* Secure new business and expand existing accounts across various sectors including Corporate, MICE, Groups, Sports & Entertainment clients.
* Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business targets and exceed sales performance expectations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market developments to identify potential growth opportunities.
* Represent the organization at conferences, tradeshows, networking events, familiarizations, sales missions, and on-site inspections.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results to the Sales Director.
* Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize processes, improve productivity, and achieve sales excellence.
* Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality/hotel/travel industry or related field.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile corporate clients.
* Advanced negotiation and closing abilities with a history of driving revenue growth.
* Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
