Levande is reimagining retirement living in Australia. Based in Sydney, the organisation develops vibrant, connected communities backed by EQT and led by a Board. We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager – NSW to join our Real Estate team. This role is central to sourcing and delivering land and asset acquisitions that underpin Levande's future growth.
What You'll Do
* Source and assess new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW, including greenfield sites, infill projects, and value-add assets.
* Lead financial analysis, feasibility modelling, and valuation assessments to support acquisition decisions.
* Assist in the full transaction process: due diligence, consultant management, legal negotiations, and Board submissions.
* Build and present clear business cases and investment papers to the Investment Committee and Board.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive high-quality commercial outcomes.
* Ensure opportunities align with Levande's focus on sustainability, ESG, and risk management.
About You / Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, commerce, or a related field.
* 5–10 years' experience in real estate advisory, valuations, transactions, or development consulting (e.g. PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BDO, Urbis, or mid-tier firms).
* Proven skills in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and valuations.
* Strong report writing and presentation skills, with experience preparing Board-level papers or client investment reports.
* Knowledge of the Sydney real estate market and the ability to build a network of agents, consultants, and landowners.
* A collaborative and motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Transition from advisory into client-side acquisitions with end-to-end deal responsibility.
* Desire to help shape Australia's retirement living communities and work with senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, hybrid role based in Sydney.
