Job Summary
As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-standard facilities and asset management across our large and complex campus.
* Lead and supervise a team to maintain exceptional facilities and asset management.
* Develop and implement infrastructure management plans, including capital works projects and planning.
* Manage significant capital works projects, negotiate with contractors for accountability, and develop initiatives for facilities management and replacement plans.
* Oversee operational aspects of workplace health and safety, engage in risk planning, and contingency management.
