Procurement Coordinator – Also open at Marsden Park!
You will gain strong exposure to end‐to‐end procurement processes, work closely with cross‐functional teams, and develop your expertise in ERP systems—particularly SAP. The role offers the chance to take ownership of key purchasing activities, contribute to critical projects (including hospital deliveries), and build valuable stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage purchase order processing and supplier coordination.
* Maintain and update ERP (SAP) items: create purchase orders, track ETAs and handle system exceptions.
* Contribute to critical projects such as hospital deliveries.
* Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across teams.
* Provide data accuracy and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications & Experience
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
* Proven experience in supply chain and procurement operations.
* Highly detail‐oriented with strong data accuracy skills.
* Strong problem‐solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication.
* Customer‐focused mindset with the ability to manage supplier relationships.
* 2–4+ years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply‐chain operations, with hands‐on involvement in purchase order processing and supplier coordination.
* Practical experience using an ERP system (SAP), including managing purchase orders, tracking ETAs, and handling system exceptions.
