**Position: Technician/ Sales**
D W Mobility Services provide quality repairs, servicing, and sales of mobility equipment such as powered wheelchairs. Dean has been in the industry for 10 years and has a strong rapport with all our clientele. Due to growth and increased demand, D W Mobility Services has recently expanded into powered wheelchairs sales and seeks a new employee to become part of the team.
We provide these services in homes, schools, hospitals and anywhere it's needed within our geographic range (Gold Coast to North Brisbane and west to Ipswich plus surrounds). Our unprecedented after-sales service and quality workmanship set us apart.

**The Role**
The initial role will see you train as a field technician and a sales consultant. With the potential to specialise into just one of the roles as you become competent and if capable, progress into a manager's role.
Once competent both roles require you driving in a company supplied vehicle to each job to perform the task at hand.
You will liaise with clients and therapists, organise your own days/ weeks, set-up wheelchairs for trials, script chairs and seating alongside a therapist, repair, and service mobility equipment, be proactive with networking and maintaining relationships, and maintain our reputation for excellent customer service.
Diagnosing, repairing, find a solution to someone's seating requirements, and scripting wheelchairs are all interesting and challenging tasks.
These are very rewarding roles, and every day is different. Lunch by the ocean one day, lunch in the bush the next.
**Qualifications/ skills / attributes**
Qualifications are not essential for these roles but experience in the disability sector and/or experience in a technical role would be advantageous.
Fault finding skills, thinking outside the box and common sense will be strong assets to hold.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and great communication skills
Caring, compassionate and being selfless
Some examples of people who may suit these roles are: a trade apprentices looking to get out of the automotive/ industrial setting; someone semi-retired but still with a drive to excel part time; an ex-tradesman (auto electrician, mechanic, fabrication etc); a salesperson who knows how to use a spanner; a support worker with technical or sales aspirations.

**Working Hours**: Flexible Mon - Fri
**Salary Package**: Negotiable, $25-$40/ hour 16-38 hours per week, PPT/FT
