Brandbank Group is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead the development and execution of data-driven customer engagement initiatives across our fashion brands – Seed Heritage, Commonry, and Unison. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and a proven track record of delivering impactful CRM and loyalty programs.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our CRM strategy to maximize customer lifetime value. Your expertise will drive personalised marketing campaigns, loyalty program development, data-driven insights, and platform optimization, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital and retail touchpoints.
Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 Months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the creation of a best-in-class CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention.
2. Develop and implement a loyalty program, defining its value proposition, benefits, mechanics, and KPIs.
3. Devise customer lifecycle marketing strategies for onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
4. Design and execute targeted omni-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social) to drive customer engagement.
5. Develop acquisition strategies to grow the customer database.
6. Build an A/B testing framework to optimise lifecycle programs and campaign effectiveness.
7. Utilise customer data and segmentation techniques (e.g., RFM) to enhance personalisation.
8. Provide regular reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
9. Serve as a platform expert and drive adoption of Emarsys capabilities.
10. Oversee the implementation and management of CRM tools and technologies.
11. Ensure CRM systems are integrated seamlessly with eCommerce, POS, and other technologies.
12. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
1. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 5+ years' experience in CRM and loyalty management, preferably within retail.
3. A strong track record of delivering measurable impact through CRM initiatives.
4. Expertise in customer segmentation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
5. Experience with CRM platforms (Emarsys highly regarded).
6. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
7. A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating engaging experiences.
