About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to lead our daily operations at one of Victoria's key energy assets in Traralgon.
* The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supervising maintenance teams, a solid understanding of mechanical systems, strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to team safety and accountability, and a proactive attitude towards change.

* Develop and implement plans for maintenance and operational tasks, maximizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime
