Key Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years' experience as a chef working in a similar role.
* Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Possess a passion for training and upskilling kitchen staff.
* Knowledge in WHS Compliance and a strong understanding of food safety practices.
* A high standard of food preparation, presentation, and service is expected.
* Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, and a collaborative work mentality are essential.
* A lively personality and positive attitude are also required.
* Experience in Cafe breakfast and All-day menu or Asian wok Kitchen would be highly regarded.
