Responsibilities
* Deliver a seamless guest experience by handling check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and inquiries with professionalism and care.
* Assist guests with local information, tour bookings and special requests ensuring their stay is personalized and hassle‑free.
* Maintain accurate guest records, uphold security procedures and proactively promote hotel services and promotions.
Qualifications
* Successful 6‑12 months of front office or customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or lodge setting.
* Excellent communication and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Cultural sensitivity, adaptability and Opera PMS knowledge are highly regarded, especially in remote or Indigenous community settings.
