Admin Assistant – Join Our Operations Team
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to build your administrative career? We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Operations team for an immediate start.This role begins as a 6-month probationary position on a casual contract with full-time hours, working Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. You'll be working approximately 44 hours per week.

About the Role
As an Admin Assistant, you will provide support to the Office Manager, Operations team, and Managing Director. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone organised, proactive, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general clerical and administrative support across the team
* Assist with daily admin tasks including photocopying, filing, emailing, and typing
* Support the Office Manager with general office administration and coordination
* Assist the Managing Director with general tasks including shopping, lunch runs, and drink orders
* Operate computerised records, information and communication systems
* Assist with IT-based tasks including staff onboarding and inductions
* Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to manage staff schedules, vehicle allocations, breaks, and operational coordination
* Prioritise workloads while supporting multiple team members
* Complete additional duties as required to support the team's success
Skills and Qualifications
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Strong data entry and organisational skills
* Experience with calendars and scheduling
* Good file and records management skills
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Basic understanding of accounting or job cards is an advantage
* Experience with travel coordination is an advantage
* Traffic Management experience preferred, but not essential
