We are seeking an experienced S26 Construction Supervisor to join our team, working across BHP sites in the Pilbara on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster.
Key RequirementsYou will be able to demonstrate the following:Section 26 Statutory Supervisor training, with a current DMIRS exam certificatePrevious experience working on BHP sites. (Area C appointment bonus)A high level of commitment to safety and complianceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work frontsWell-developed numeracy and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a high-functioning teamWhite Card and a valid driver’s licenceDesirable AttributesStrong leadership capability in a construction or maintenance environmentExperience supervising multiple trades and contractorsFamiliarity with BHP systems, procedures, and site expectationsIf you’re a safety-driven supervisor with proven BHP experience and a hands-on leadership style, we’d love to hear from you.
