About the Role As CEO, you'll take the reins of a dynamic SDA organisation already poised for major growth.
Your focus will be delivering operational excellence, building high performing teams, and preparing the business for scalable, multi-region delivery.
Working alongside two executive directors focused on strategic growth and partnerships, you'll lead day-to-day operations while embedding systems, structure, and a unified culture across the business.
This is aremote role, based from home, with somelocal and interstate travelrequired for team engagement, site reviews, representational opportunities, and executive meetings.
A future office is planned so you will be South East Queensland based.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SDA operations, tenancy intake, and property management Drive expansion into new markets and regions around Australia Lead change and align teams to performance outcomes Embed streamlined systems including CRM, AI, and remote support models Strengthen compliance, reporting, and staff accountability Achieve business performance and growth KPI's to drive EBITDA growth Build trusted relationships across stakeholders, partners, and funders Collaborate with the board to execute growth strategy and uplift business performance Steward merging businesses to implement enhanced operations playbooks including implementing CRM, technology and policy changes.
What We're Looking For Proven success in a C-suite role (CEO or COO), ideally in a high-growth environment Experience in M&A or integrating new business units or services Strong understanding of NDIS and SDA business operations Extensive change management and process improvement experience within an expanding Track record in performance management and workforce optimisation South East Queensland based Tertiary qualifications in business, health, management, or related field Able to grow and maintain a high-performance, values-based culture Adaptive and commercially astute Ambitious and energised by the opportunity to lead national service delivery Experience working within a corporate NDIS environment at a senior level Why Join Us?
