About Us
Our office is located in Bathurst, Central West NSW. We have maintenance contracts, Electrical, Solar and Hvac Projects across the central west of NSW. We work primarily with proactive & reactive maintenance contracts, renewables and batteries in the commercial and domestic space, architectural new homes, commercial fit-outs, and air conditioning systems. We are looking for someone
* An electrical/Refrigeration license or a 3rd or 4th year apprentice.
* On-the-tools position working with others.
* Tech savvy.
* Quality and compliance oriented.
* Can manage a scope of work and project/service variations.
* Confident communication with clients, managers, builders, and sub-contractors.
* Can read and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical plans with appliance schedules and detailed scope of work.
* Highly skilled tradesman motivated to grow with the company.
* Team player who leads by example, is a confident organiser, and works safely with a can-do attitude.

Successful Candidate
* Permanent rights to work in Australia. This is not a sponsored position.
* Experience using Job Management Software (Simpro preferred but not necessary).
* Current NSW Electrical Workers Licence/Refrigeration (or 3rd or 4th year apprentice).
* C class manual driver's licence.
* Flexible to do overtime and scheduled on-call roster.
* Experience with service and maintenance or commercial projects/new builds.
* Ability to work unsupervised reporting to a supervisor.
