Duties In this role you will:
* Manage complex health law matters end-to-end
* Deliver timely, accurate and commercially focused advice to clients
* Guide clients through challenging and sensitive processes
* Appear at mediations, witness interviews, inquests and disciplinary hearings
* Build and strengthen client relationships
* Drive marketing and business development initiatives
Skills & experience Ideally, you will have:
* 5+ years PAE in Medical Negligence/Health Law defendant and/or plaintiff)
* Balanced judgment: aligning patient safety with practitioner needs, backed by strong technical and advisory skills
* Outstanding communicator: clear, confident written and oral skills
* Proactive networker: actively contributes to marketing and business development
* Collaborative team player: approachable, supportive, and willing to mentor others
* Highly organised: adept at managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
