The purpose of this role is to lead and support our regional Service Line SL in operational transformation, integration and an agenda of continuous improvement. Partner with and work together with service line markets to develop business solutions, reengineer processes, restructure organisational constructs and identify opportunities to leverage existing or innovate new products, technologies and automations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Operations gun to generate operational improvement across our markets to release value through the design and delivery thinking across; people, process, data and technology change The role: As the Operations Director, you will collaborate with our regional leaders and teams to plan for and deliver operational and performance improvement through the application of design thinking, organisational design and process reengineering activities. This role will see you support a range of global business operations initiatives, with leadership of change and creation of supporting narrative for business engagement.
