**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Houseperson team. This role will have a focus on preventative maintenance tasks within the scope of housekeeping.
**This could be just the right role for you?**
Key responsibilities will include:
- Pressure washing of driveways and pathways;
- Outside room cleaning including balconies and tiles;
- Drain clearing; and
- other preventative maintenance tasks as required.
This is a casual position, working across a flexible Monday - Friday roster.
Available shift patterns (negotiable):
- 8.00am - 2.00pm; or
- 9.00am - 2.00pm
**What you'll need to be successful**
- A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work;
- Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member;
- Ability to interact with our members and guests;
- The availability to work across a 7-day roster during the day;
- Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques; and Be able to perform manual labour tasks.
