Business analyst

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a range of strategic initiatives across various platforms, systems, and enterprise environments within a large and complex organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to multi-stream programs, supporting the delivery of a range of digital solutions and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Facilitate workshops and engage with diverse business and technical stakeholders
• Work within Agile delivery environments, supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Contribute to customer facing digital platforms, case management solutions, and CRM systems
• Ensure alignment with governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
• Support delivery of enterprise-wide and multi-domain initiatives

About You

You will bring proven experience as a Business Analyst working across digital, customer, or case management solutions within complex or regulated environments.

You will ideally have:

Essential Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting solution delivery
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience working on complex or large-scale initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication capabilities
• Exposure to structured, policy-driven, or regulated environments
• Experience with process modelling and workflow design
• Experience working within iterative delivery methodologies

Highly Regard

• Experience with Salesforce or CRM-based platforms
• Exposure to structured or policy-driven environments
• Experience working on digital solutions or platforms
• Background in large, complex organisations
