Your Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing Image Guided Therapy (IGT) sales team, managing the IGT portfolio for NSW. Ideally, you are Sydney-based and comfortable with regional travel as required.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - IGT, you will be instrumental in developing and managing business strategies to achieve profitable relationships across our IGT (fixed systems, mobile surgery, and hemo-dynamics portfolio). Your Capital Equipment / Medical Device sales experience, coupled with your ability to influence at all levels, will be key to your success in this role.
Your responsibilities include:

Achieving and growing sales in your territory, enhancing revenue and market position according to company goals.
Managing and expanding both new and existing accounts through solid account penetration.
Developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
Providing clinical, technical, and sales support to customers in collaboration with the business unit and applications team.
Organizing and executing professional education workshops/events for new and experienced customers.
Delivering persuasive presentations to senior customer audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions to support sales activities.
Maintaining up-to-date CRM and sales tools, and providing regular updates to the National Sales Manager and stakeholders.

You’re the right fit if:

You have experience in healthcare sales and strategy, ideally within image-guided therapies, capital equipment, or medical devices.
You possess an exceptional understanding of sales processes, with the ability to protect and grow market share.
You are highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
You have excellent communication skills and can build strong internal and external networks.
You can deliver persuasive presentations to senior audiences.
You have experience in developing and executing strategies for targeted accounts.
