A Day in the Life
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide quality services and safeguards to our clients, focusing on skill and capacity building to promote independence and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empowering Participants to reach their goals by building on individual strengths.
* Providing 24-hour complex supports and supported independent living.
* Facilitating community access and transport.
* Delivering domestic and personal care.
About You
You will need to bring:
* A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Certificate IV in Disability or similar qualifications.
* At least 12 months experience working with clients requiring complex care.
* A valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
Compensation Details
$35.14-$75 per hour.
