Do you want to make an IMPACT? We have an exciting leadership opportunity to join the Family Services department as Coordinator Family Services, Workforce, Quality and Systems, supporting workforce capability, quality improvement and sustainable service delivery.
About The Role
The Coordinator Family Services, Workforce, Quality, Data & Systems plays a key strategic and operational role in strengthening the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Family Services department. Reporting to the Manager Family Services, this position provides leadership across workforce planning, quality improvement, data and systems to ensure programs are well supported, compliant and responsive to current and future community needs.
You will lead the review and implementation of workforce planning actions, work closely with Family Services teams to analyse data, systems and processes, and drive efficiencies through evidence‐based improvement initiatives.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and a broad range of external stakeholders — including government departments, early childhood services and Registered Training Organisations — you will contribute to the overall integration, development and performance of the Family Services Department while ensuring accountability against funding, legislative and contractual requirements.

You are a strategic leader with strong experience in the early childhood and the family services sector. You are confident working with complexity, data and systems, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. You enjoy partnering with teams to strengthen practice, build capability and improve outcomes for children, families and the broader community.
Requirements
* A minimum of five (5) years' proven experience delivering projects within the Early Childhood Industry.
* Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Family Services programs, including workforce planning, quality improvement and service development.
* Proven experience in staff management and leadership.
* Experience contributing to or leading workforce planning, organisational development or service improvement initiatives.
* Strong understanding of State and Commonwealth policy directions, funding requirements and regulatory frameworks relevant to family and early childhood services.
Successful applicants will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
