We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Before and After Care service.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for all children and families involved. A completed Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is required.

About the Role:
Newly established with plenty of room for growth, Mt Cotton is a large set-up, pack-down service with a great existing team and large roster of casuals. There is a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail and team work.

The service hours are:6:30am-9:00am / 1:45pm-6:00pm Monday to Friday. This role is fulltime, working 38 hours per week with 20 hours of that being dedicated to administration. You will work predominantly afternoon block shifts but this will be flexible based on the needs of the service.

As the Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing, training, and supporting a dedicated team of 2IC's and Educators. Your leadership will help foster a remarkable and engaging program that caters to children from preschool through Year 6. You'll be on-the-floor and hands-on during operational hours, particularly in the afternoon session, while having the flexibility to be off the floor and manage administrative tasks during Before Care.

About you:
We are looking for a highly experienced OSHC candidate with exceptional communication skills. Someone who is results driven and team focused.
