The primary objective of this role is to oversee and implement the development, delivery, and evaluation of education programs at the facility level.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Deliver Education Programs: This involves planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating education programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in evidence-based care.
* Support New Staff and Students: Provide orientation and transition support for new nursing staff and casual nurses, as well as facilitate clinical placements for students.
* Enhance Ongoing Educational Needs: Meet the ongoing educational needs of existing nursing staff by providing targeted training and professional development opportunities.
* Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff at point of care to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Quality and Safety Focus: Maintain an ongoing focus on quality and safety across all education programs.
