Key Sales Support Position
We are currently seeking an ambitious Key Sales Support Specialist to help drive sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience.
As a key member of our sales team, this individual will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance with various tasks, including:
* Supporting the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks
* Monitoring outstanding quotations and collaborating with the sales team to convert them into sales opportunities
* Preparing high-quality sales documents using CRM systems
* Interpreting customer requirements and entering data into relevant systems
* Creating accurate pick and pack lists and assisting with logistics coordination
* Compiling and reviewing technical documentation, including MDR and testing reports
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the successful applicant will have:
* 1–3 years' experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal English skills
* A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines as part of a dynamic team
