Talent Engagement:

* Articulate a clear vision and priorities for the Architecture Advisory team and support the success of direct reports, account teams, and all employees surrounding them.
* Ensure all contribute to the business goals of SAP and the customer by managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure knowledge transfer among colleagues, especially those early in their learning curve.
* Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
* Support the team in assessing customer solutions from SAP and identifying areas for faster adoption and consumption.
* Engage with customers throughout the sales cycle for critical accounts as part of the SAP account team.
* Ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment between business and IT architecture definitions, SAP organizations, the customer, and partners.
* Provide overall coverage for linkage between the customer and SAP product development leadership.

Creating an SAP Architecture Vision:

* Drive team behavior to build customer demand through thought leadership and innovation positioning.
* Achieve best practice adoption of business process maps and industry reference architectures.
* Qualify support requests for current enterprise landscape reviews and future needs.
* Leverage standard cloud architectures and solutions.

Building Key Customer Architecture Deliverables:

* Map business capabilities to solution design.
* Partner with other members of Customer Advisory to ensure feasibility of business capabilities mapping to SAP solution architecture.
* Highlight value and linkages to SAP's broader portfolio and innovation.
* Engage customers early in the sales cycle by matching customer needs to SAP solutions and qualifying opportunities.
* Support new sales and adoption through a team with deep solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation knowledge.
* Lead the development of account strategies and guide the creation of themes and value wedges.
* Provide answers to customer and internal inquiries concerning advanced solution topics.
* Encourage consistent messaging and the use of digital assets in all customer engagements.

Requirements:

* Professional experience in large, multi-national software or consulting organizations with asset-intensive industries.
* SAP product experience and/or relevant solutions/Line of Business experience.
* Working knowledge of Cloud in B2B environments.
* Experience with Cloud, Hosted Services, and SAAS/PAAS/IAAS models, cloud-based commerce/business networks.
* Viewed as a mentor and presales expert across SAP or the market.
* Proven track record of success in consultative selling areas.
* Ability to engage through storytelling.
* Experience managing, coaching, and developing senior and early talent in complex environments.
* Togaf or SAPIEA-10 certifications and EAM tool experience are added values.
