Aboriginal Education Officer Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Aboriginal Education Officer to join our school community. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing cultural, educational, and pastoral support to Indigenous students, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive academically and personally.

1. 2. Building strong connections with First Nations families and welcoming new families into the school community is key in this role. Strong relationships will enable us to provide better care for all our students.
3. The AEO plays a vital part in supporting teachers develop Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) that cater specifically to each student's needs.
