Seeking a Senior Medical Administrator to lead the coordination, administration, and evaluation of medical services across the organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for ensuring that recruitment, appointment, credentialing, and employment processes for junior medical staff align with legislative and award requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the recruitment and workforce planning for junior medical staff, including selection and ongoing training requirements.
">
* Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
">
* Collaborate with departmental leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that improve partnership and communication with general practice and community healthcare providers.
">
* Act in the position of Executive Director of Medical Services as required, exercising delegated authority when necessary.
">
* Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
">
* Promote a culture of respect, trust, and high levels of professionalism within the department.
">
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and external partners.

Requirements
">
">
* Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant speciality.
">
* Possesses or working towards fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA).
">
* Current Driver's Licence.
