About The Role
This is a hands‐on leadership position for a marketer who thrives on driving measurable growth outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies that convert consumers into investors while building a scalable marketing engine that supports the continued growth of the investor base.
This is fundamentally a business‐to‐consumer (B2C) growth marketing role. The business's success is built on attracting, engaging, nurturing and converting everyday consumers into active investors. As such, we are specifically seeking candidates with a strong track record of acquiring and growing consumer customer bases through sophisticated marketing strategies and data‐driven decision making.
While experience within financial services, wealth management, funds management, ETFs, investment platforms, or fintech is highly regarded, the most important requirement is demonstrated success in B2C customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, CRM, lifecycle marketing and growth.
Candidates who have built customer acquisition engines within high‐growth consumer businesses, fintechs, technology companies, marketplaces, telecommunications providers, subscription businesses or similar consumer‐focused environments are encouraged to apply.
