Project Manager - Infrastructure Projects
The Australian Federal Police is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a focus on capital works and refurbishments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, implementing and finalising projects within time, budget and quality constraints.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development, delivery and implementation of capital works projects
* Engage with key stakeholders and form project-specific relationships
* Manage project procurement activities and participate in contract negotiations
* Lead, mentor and develop staff within the team
* Provide high-quality advice and progress reports to senior management
* Pursue internal and external professional networks and collaborative working relationships
* Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one
* Minimum five years' experience in a related field
* Demonstrated experience in delivering capital works, including refurbishments and fit-out projects
* Certificate IV in Project Management or other project management qualification
