Little Zak's Academy is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Centre Directors who are open to future leadership opportunities across Sydney and regional NSW.

This EOI is suited to senior early childhood leaders seeking their next step or confidential discussions about upcoming opportunities within a well‐supported, values‐driven organisation.

About the role:

Educational Program and Practice

* Lead high quality programs aligned with the EYLF and LZ Assessment and Planning Cycle
* Support the Educational Leader and ensure strong documentation on Kinderm8
* Lead development of the service philosophy and QIP

Children's Health and Safety

* Ensure compliance with child protection and mandated reporting
* Maintain supervision, ratios and safety procedures
* Oversee hygiene, safe food handling, first aid and incident reporting

Physical Environment

* Maintain a safe, compliant and well resourced environment
* Manage repairs, maintenance and WHS requirements

Staffing and Leadership

* Lead a positive, professional team culture
* Mentor educators, manage performance and support professional development
* Ensure qualifications and ratios meet NQF requirements

Relationships with Families and Community

* Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
* Support community connections and family engagement

Governance and Service Management

* Ensure compliance with National Law, Regulations and CCS requirements
* Manage enrolments, administration, reporting and financial performance

About you:

* ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
* Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
* Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
* Strong computer skills
* Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
* Current Working with Children Check
