We are seeking an experienced ITIL Change Manager with a strong track record in Defence environments.
Australian citizens with a NV1 clearance are desirable for this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Service design and transition plans, including a completed Service Design Package.
- Conduct Operational readiness assessment reports to ensure new services are ready for deployment.
- Establish and manage service agreements, such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Maintain a forward schedule of changes and handle all release scheduling and planning activities.
- Manage the deployment and implementation of all releases.
- Prepare essential support documentation, including post-incident review reports, knowledge articles, and updates to the service catalogue and request fulfillment documentation.
- Generate problem management reports to identify and resolve underlying issues.
Skills and Experience:
- ITIL Expertise: A strong understanding of ITIL principles and their application in change, incident, and problem management.
- Service Delivery: Experience in preparing service design packages, operational readiness assessments, and defining SLAs/OLAs.
- Documentation: The ability to prepare and coordinate detailed project and service documentation, including knowledge articles and reports.
- Coordination: Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage stakeholders and multiple deliverables concurrently.
Australian Citizens with a NV1 clearance and experience in Defence environments are desirable for this role.
