Workplace Culture Leader
Virgin Australia is looking for a talented individual to lead the delivery of our people strategy at Melbourne Airport. As a Workplace Culture Leader, you will be responsible for setting the tone and maintaining a positive work environment.
* Lead a team of up to 6 direct reports and up to 600 indirect airport-based team members.
* Partner with the Airport Manager to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
* Manage union and employee relations with professionalism and respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
