We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service team at Mercer. This role will be based in our Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the Senior Client Services Officer, you will act as a critical link between our clients, financial advisors and other support staff managing a variety of client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards.
We will count on you to:
* Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews.
* Support advisors by managing client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
* Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* Attend client meetings as needed to record file notes.
* Write requests for paraplanning to ensure SOA's are done accurately and reflective of the clients needs.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Assist with training and mentoring junior client service team members.
* Be solutions focused and look at areas to improve efficiency.
What you need to have:
* Minimum of 2 years in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
* Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
* Good understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
* RG146 compliant
