The APS 5 FMIS System Support Officer provides support for the department's financial management information systems (FMIS) helpdesk and the integrations with revenue and operating systems. This position reports to the Assistant Director Financial Systems and will provide support for systems administration tasks.
**Who we are**
Financial Operations Branch provides shared services for the department, including corporate services such as travel, credit cards, procurement, grants policy, advice and reporting, payroll services, procurement, accounts receivable, debt management and accounts payable. The branch also provides a project management and oversight role for some of the critical projects for the division.
The Systems Support and Accounting section is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of a number of finance systems, including TechnologyOne (FMIS) and the Activity Based Costing System (ABC). Critical aspects of this team include maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, and delivering solutions that are compliant and drive efficient business processes to support the departments financial obligations.
**The Job**
Support FMIS Helpdesk Services including:
- FMIS helpdesk support.
- User access management.
- User profile and security maintenance.
- User workplace management.
- Assist with end of month and end of financial year system rollover.
- Support system administration processes.
- Undertake user acceptance testing as assigned.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of FMIS user training.
- Support the delivery of assigned FMIS project related tasks.
