Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator
As a key member of our sales team, you will support the Head of Sales in managing daily operations and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple time zones.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing the Head of Sales' calendar, screening calls and emails, and coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritize the Head of Sales' calendar
* Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
* Coordinate complex domestic and international travel
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, briefing packs, and minutes
* Process and reconcile travel and expense claims
* Partner with regional sales leaders to support business plans and initiatives
* Assist in resolving operational issues through cross-functional coordination and data gathering
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
