**What you'll be doing**
As the Clinical Network Manager you will collaborate with District Executive and General Managers to shape clinical services for WSLHD. The key responsibilities in your role will include:
- Driving safety, quality, and clinical governance
- Developing clinical priorities and strategies
- Overseeing service planning and coordination
- Enhancing patient care strategies
- Ensuring effective clinical governance across the LHD

**Essential Criteria**:
- Qualification: Bachelors degree as per award or qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Registration: in line with Award requirements Current Registration with AHPRA.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Demonstrated broad clinical and operational senior management experience in operational and strategic planning activities, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience
- Demonstrated experience with development and implementation of business, strategic and operational plans and a comprehensive understanding of clinical governance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate, negotiate, delegate and organise individuals and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve district, stream and organisational goals.
- Demonstrated highly developed written, (i.e. briefs, policy and business plans) verbal and interpersonal communication skills including a demonstrated capacity to liaise and negotiate with a wide range of multidisciplinary teams and sound decision-making, negotiation, organisational and analytical skills.
- Valid NSW Drivers license and be willing to use it for work purposes.
