**About the role**:
The HR Consultant is a trusted advisor, working in partnership with various client groups to develop plans and initiatives that align with and support the organisation's priorities and people.

Key responsibilities include:

- **
Partnering with various client groups, managing and driving people and culture initiatives in line with the business strategy**:

- ** Providing guidance, support, and advice on a broad range of HR matters including performance management, enterprise agreements, talent management, engagement and change initiatives.**:

- ** Supporting the development and implementation of P&C; projects and initiatives**:

- ** Working effectively with key external stakeholders such as unions to influence positive outcomes for our people**

**About you**:
Ideally, you'll have:

Experience in business partnering and delivering HR initiatives**:

- ** Experience supporting organisational change, performance management and engagement activities**:

- ** Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills**:

- ** Demonstrated ability to influence people leaders**:
