The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Site Administrator
to join our Kalgoorlie team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day site administration support including travel, mobilisation and accommodation coordination.
This is a full-time residential role on a 5/2, 4/3 roster.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Timely and professional site administration support.
* Coordinate the site access/roster requirements for all new employees, visitors, contractors including arranging flights and/or accommodation.
* INX Inflight Administration, including employee roster management.
* Maintain required stationery stock levels.
* Maintain visitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stock levels.
* Raise and process purchase orders.
* Ensure office areas are well maintained and arrange regular and ad hoc cleaners.
* Collection and/or delivery to/from Kalgoorlie, including, but not limited to, Post Office, PPE, and/or general shopping requirements for site.
* Aiding in arranging Lynas accommodation, assisting in setup and cleaning for Lynas-supplied employee-accommodation.
* Reception duties including receiving/transferring external telephone calls.
To Be Successful You Will Have The Following
* High level of organisation, coordinating and planning capability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, INX Inflight and Definitiv (desirable).
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, holding a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work through tasks systematically
* Ability to liaise and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, internal and external.
* Valid minimum C-Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
