Membership Manager
Our club is seeking a highly skilled Membership Manager to lead our team of Member Support Consultants in delivering exceptional member experiences. This role requires a motivational leader with the ability to mentor and coach their team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with regional and club managers to develop initiatives driving membership growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven sales and customer service experience, as well as the ability to hit KPIs. You should also have an understanding of the cycle of selling, various sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling, and customer retention strategies and metrics. Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate others towards a goal, and experience using business computer systems. A current First Aid and CPR certificate is also required.
