Store Managers are at the core of our family, where recognition and celebration form part of our daily mantra. As a Branch Manager, you'll cover leave, projects, specific store needs, with the view of eventually taking the reins of your own store. This learning period, and leadership support, will take place across multiple stores in the **South Metro and Peel Region**, to ensure a wide exposure of the company is gained.

**To be considered you will have**:
- Leadership / supervisory experience
- Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting including P&Ls, rosters and budgets
- Worked within a team to deliver results
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
**The successful individual will**:
- Be a passionate customer service expert
- Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
- Have store leadership experience
- Have a flexible availability
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Have the physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature
