About the Role

Join our dynamic team at our Canning Vale Head Office, reporting directly to our Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
This isn't your typical "pick and pack" role—it's hands‐on, diverse, and offers a variety of responsibilities every day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a strong commitment to safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
* Loading and unloading trucks and company vehicles
* Accurate picking and packing of orders
* Conducting stocktakes
* Receiving and receipting incoming goods
* Dispatching materials and equipment
* Booking freight and coordinating with couriers and freight forwarders
* Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
We're after a motivated, reliable team player who brings energy and attention to detail.
Ideally, you'll have:
* A valid Forklift Licence (LF)
* A full C Class Driver's Licence
* HR Manual Licence (desirable, not essential)
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* Strong written and computer literacy skills
* Familiarity with warehousing or RF systems (desirable)
* A results‐driven mindset and a proactive approach
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
