Behaviour Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Professional to join our team.

1. Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans that cater to the unique needs of vulnerable individuals.
2. Creating meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework with a focus on eliminating restrictive practices.
3. Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc.
4. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve common goals.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Knowledge of what a Behaviour Support Practitioner is and its significance in the disability sector.
* A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional or related field.
* Experience creating, implementing and/or reviewing behaviour support plans that demonstrate your expertise.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
