About The Role
Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated Village Manager to join our team in Mackay on a full-time basis. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of a welcoming, community-focused village, ensuring strong governance, quality services, and an exceptional lifestyle for residents.
You will play a key role in creating a connected and supportive environment where residents feel safe, engaged, and proud to call the village home.
Key Responsibilities Include
Oversee the daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring smooth delivery of services and facilities
Manage budgets, finances, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations
Lead and support on-site staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Act as the primary liaison between residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders
Encourage an active and social community, supporting resident activities and engagement
About You
Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in residential, community, or facilities management.
Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Experience in staff supervision, team development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and authorities.
Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
