Randstad is hiring highly skilled Pick Packers, Storepersons, and Forklift & LO Operators to join Volvo Group Australia at their distribution centre in Minto. This full‐time, ongoing casual role offers exceptional pay and stability for those with a high‐reach or LO operator background.

Impact and Responsibilities
As a vital forklift driver or LO operator, you will play a key role in parts distribution for industry giants such as Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, and Volvo Construction Equipment.
* Master high‐reach forklifts: safely and smoothly move stock with total control.
* Keep the warehouse organized by accurately placing stock during replenishment.
* Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring freight reaches its destination.
* Verify inventory accuracy by receiving, counting, and checking stock.
* Use RF scanning technology to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
* Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with the team to support projects and daily operations.
Available Shifts
* 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (LO preferred)
* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (LO preferred)
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Valid LF Forklift Licence with at least 2 years of proven experience (mandatory).
* Valid LO Forklift Licence or strong willingness to obtain one (highly desirable).
* Experience as a high‐reach forklift driver.
* Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus.
* Proficient in RF scanning operations.
* Ability to lift up to 20 kg frequently.
* Exceptional attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Full Australian working rights to support a 38‐hour work week.
