About the role
The Senior Lecturer in Business will possess scholarly expertise in management or across multiple disciplines within a business context, preferably in human resource management, organisational behaviour, business ethics, operations or strategy. As a balanced academic, the successful applicant will conduct high-impact research, deliver innovative and high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students, and supervise research students. They will make a positive contribution to the UNE Business School’s culture of collaboration and innovation, support the delivery of strategic goals, and enhance the reputation of the School, Faculty and University.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD in Management or business-related disciplines, an established research program in a relevant area, and a track record of high-quality publications. You will also have a proven ability to deliver innovative, research-led, applied, and engaging educational experiences and take a collaborative approach in a multi- and cross-disciplinary setting.
