As the General Manager you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a number of our cafes.
Based in Biggera Waters, QLD, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to drive the strategic growth and exceptional customer experience of our venues.
What you'll be doing
Providing strong operational leadership and direction to the management team
Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all areas of the hotel
Leading by example and training new recruits and delegating tasks
Managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to drive optimal financial
Fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
Liaising with key stakeholders, including owners, suppliers, and the local community
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior hospitality management role, preferably within a similar restaurant setting
Minimum 5 years experience in restaurants or bars hospitality management is required
Proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities to identify and implement growth initiatives
Excellent leadership and people management skills to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
