About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll help care for our residents' health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!

Sign on Bonus of $8,000 for FT roles (38 hours) and $5000 for PT roles (24 hours +) to Join IRT in the Shoalhaven regio

Hourly base rate between
- $43.75 and $55.88 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.
Location:
- IRT Greenwell Gardens
Part-time position available: work 2 shifts per week (16 hours total) between Monday and Friday.
Your work may include:
- Providing clinical care
- Managing and supervising care workers
- Undertaking client assessments
- Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans
- Providing treatment as required
To Be Successful You Will Have
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registratio

Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviour

Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
